Imogen Micklewright-Hill
Co-founder
Imogen drives and develops her team and client's with digital campaigns to grow businesses and increase brand exposure. She has the innate ability to quickly see and seize opportunities for her client's and sees a marketing campaign clearly from the consumers' point of view. Having worked across a multitude of industries particularly the entertainment and lifestyle industries with clients such as Festival X and Grainshaker, to name a few. Imogen is responsible for the overall operations at The Likes Of You as well as working closely across each and every client project.

John Curtin

John is a professional marketing leader with a rich history, and proven track record, in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Events, and Social Media. He has managed, marketed and launched across the spectrum from large Corporate to Startup Cultures, including Head of Digital Marketing at Swisse Wellness, Launching Uber Eats in Australia, Head of Marketing and Communications for Stereosonic, Onelove Music Group, Festival X and several other related companies and festivals.

Emily Jackson
Account Manager
After over four years working in digital marketing, advertising and PR agencies, Emily has managed the ideation and execution of creative comms for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Oreo, Cadbury, Green & Black’s, Piper-Heidsieck and Chadstone, as well as hands-on experience creating both photographic and copy-led content for an impressive portfolio of clients within the beauty, lifestyle and food sectors. Emily brings together in perfect harmony the invaluable experiences of working on beloved, global brands with a genuine passion for elevating small businesses.

Jim Rossington
Account Executive - TikTok & Influencer Marketing
Jim brings to TLOY a profusion of creative ideas, professional relationships and hands-on experience, which makes him the ideal choice to lead the TikTok branch of the agency. Whilst Jim is finishing up his Bachelor of Communications, heis working primarily across the Two Wrongs, NIXE and Growth Bomb accounts, and has already proven himself to be an invaluable support across our broader client portfolio.

Bringing together innate organisational and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail and style, we couldn’t be more delighted that Alice has decided to launch her digital marketing career with TLOY.
